Past Intern Projects

  • Melina: Social Media & SEO

Melina knew from the beginning that she wanted to redesign our instagram story highlights! After conducting research on industry data and trends, she proposed a new method for organizing our highlights that would improve user experience and boost performance. Her second project focused on SEO and blogging. She audited our current blogs to uncover why some weren't performing. Using her findings, she proposed changes to existing underperforming posts and developed a blog strategy for the upcoming quarter. While not an intern project, Melina also discovered a love for visual merchandising and crafted several displays for our lobby checkouts.

  • Cincinnati Marketing Internship Mona Dermatology

    Miranda: Visual Merchandising

Miranda wanted to make sunscreen use seem more approachable and fun. She created a display in our lobby that depicted bottles of sunscreen engaging in summer fun. She crafted miniature props to show the sunscreens laying by the pool, snorkeling, hang-gliding, and more.

Miranda also was passionate about social media, and assisted the social media team with the creation of several reels. Her favorite piece of content to work on was a reel about our staff outing to the reds game that she themed after the Barbie movie, which had been released a few weeks prior.

  • Ninah: Email Marketing

Ninah developed an interest in email marketing and wanted to find new ways to reach our patients through this medium. She gathered examples of other brands' email marketing and dug into industry best practices. Based on her research, she proposed a new email newsletter series that would be delivered to patients each month and educate on products, treatments, skin tips, and more. Ninah was also undecided between a career in the medical or marketing fields, so she shadowed members of our provider team during her internship to give her an inside look at both career paths.
