Taylor Ford Wojniak, CNP

Career & Education

I am a Certified Nurse Practitioner and joined the MONA Dermatology team in 2021. I attended the University of Kentucky for my undergraduate education where I received my bachelor’s degree in Nursing. After receiving my BSN, I moved back to my home state of Ohio and began working as an RN in the ICU at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. I spent 5 years as an RN at UC where I was able to work in a variety of critical care specialties. I then continued my graduate education at Northern Kentucky University where I earned a master’s degree in Nursing to become a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. I am also a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

I have always had an interest in the field of medical and cosmetic dermatology. I have been fortunate enough to train under Dr. Foad and I feel very lucky to have the opportunity to work alongside the amazing team here at MONA Dermatology. I am very passionate about skin cancer prevention and helping patients feel confident in their own skin.

Personal

I currently live in Hyde Park with my husband and French Bulldog, Oliver. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling to new places, being outdoors, and trying new restaurants around the city.

My goal is to help all patients achieve their skin care goals as well as achieve and maintain skin health.
