Mona Dermatology gift certificates can be used toward any products or services. Gift certificates must be redeemed in-office or over the phone, they cannot be used online.
If purchasing a gift certificate for someone else, be sure to indicate “Yes” under “Is this a gift?” and write who the recipient should be in your order note field.
Which type of gift certificate is right for you?
- Virtual Gift Certificate: This is added directly to a patient account
- Physical Gift Certificate: Your gift certificate will be created as a physical copy, the recipient will need to present the gift certificate in order to use it. At checkout you can choose to have this mailed or picked up in-office.
*Black Friday gift certificate promotional value expires 1 year from purchase date. Purchase value never expires. Black Friday gift certificates cannot be used until January 1, 2024.
